      • cosign is available as a productized CLI and image in the underlying OS (RHEL or RHCOS)
      • A ClusterTask exists on the cluster for verifying signatures This should be done as part of Tekton Ecosystem
      • Make sure that Tekton Chains works as expected with `skopeo` product that is being shipped
      • Integration with `skopeo` is documented
      • `tkn chain` and `opc chain` work as expected
