      Goal

      As an admin, I want to enable Tekton Chains on OpenShift so that I can collect audit information about pipeline executions.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Admin can configure OpenShift Pipelines operator to enable Tekton Chains
      • Tekton Chains functions as expected on OpenShift
      • Tekton Chains is marked as Dev Preview
