Pipelines Sprint 214, Pipelines Sprint 216, Pipelines Sprint 217
While the Gerrit workflow is acceptable (Vincent really likes it ), I think there is value in moving to GitLab; here's why:
- GitLab is much easier to pick up since it's pretty much like GitHub. Gerrit becomes "yet another thing" for someone getting introduced to p12n for the first time which is daunting anyway.
- This is in line with unifying our p12n artifacts at one place, something that we discuss in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKP-1920
- CPaaS supports this as well. There are other teams like OCS who do this - https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/ceph/rhodf, https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/cpaas-products/rhodf
