Currently on Hub Ui details page for any version selected for the resource the url has name of the catalog, kind of a resource and name of the resource, for e.g. https://hub.tekton.dev/tekton/task/git-cli

But it doesn't shows the version in the url for the version selected from the dropdown

Hence it should show the version of the resource in the url for version selected from the dropdown by the user, for e.g. for 0.2 version of the git-cli resource  it sholuld show as https://hub.tekton.dev/tekton/task/git-cli/0.2
