Goal

As a cluster admin, I want to curate Tekton Tasks for my organization to be used within the pipelines across the teams in my organization so that developers can use the Tekton Hub tooling (tkn hub, VS Code ext, etc) to search and install Tasks from the organization's curated task catalogs.

Acceptance Criteria

• OpenShift Pipelines operator can optionally install the Tekton Hub API 
• OpenShift Pipelines operator can optionally install the Tekton Hub UI
• Admin can add additional catalogs to the in-cluster Tekton Hub or remove the existing catalogs
• Customer catalogs can be hosted on on-premise versions of GitHub, GitLab and BitBucket
