Track the BZ 2105337 with NE Team to be able to address the problem before starting automating the Local Zone subnets (and dependencies) by installer covered on Epic SPLAT-657 .

This bug is a potential blocker for installer implementation as the workaround provided is using the cluster tags which is not allowed in the full automation of the installer as it uses to manage the resources created by it.
