Create the documentation steps, results from research, to the QE team, validated and added to the product documentation of installing OCP in existing VPC with subnets on Local Zones.

The card SPLAT-557 describes all the steps to create one page on the product documentation to explain how to install the OpenShift cluster in existing VPC with Local Zone Subnets.

The following documents were created containing all the articles to Day-0 and the tests performed while writing the it:

• SPLAT-557 - [mirror of] ocp-aws-local-zones-day-0.md
• SPLAT-557 - [mirror of] ocp-aws-local-zones-day-0-attachment.md

The main document (SPLAT-557 - Installing a cluster in AWS Local Zones (Day-0)) makes references to those documents, as well as the source markdown which can be used to create the blogs and documentation without formatting issues.

Those internal documents were based on the public markdown content, the source is available here .

The documentation should be created and "backported" to 4.11, as aligned with mak.redhat.com by email.
