• Catch all for critical issues affecting Platform Type External

Epic Non-goal

• Create workflows using Assisted Installer
• Create E2E workflows to new provider or not-supported by the CI infrastructure
• Expand research to new Cloud Providers
• Write new e2e tests

Why is this important?

• Currently Platform Type External is the core installation platform for Oracle, and recommended for VCSP partners, as well the target recommendation as alternative of None.
• Recently 4.20+ the CI signal is degraded, and changes in the core framework have been identified affecting the partner validation.
• An special attention is required to get cluster stabilization, and well tested across OCP releases.
