As a SPLAT engineer, I want know the team's workflow at a high level to add transparency and clarity to both day-to-day and long-term work the team performs.

*DESCRIPTION:*

A SPLAT workflow document/diagram/etc needs to be created. Audience should be SPLAT engineers and the teams we work with.

There are various other stories and tasks that have built out our workflow, but these need to be aggregated into a central location and continually added to as the workflow evolves.
