For Research about SIGs, repositories, and lists of issues/tasks upstream that could represent opportunities for code contributions.

Major idea in this task is not necessarily to find the actual stories, but to understand where some good opportunities for us to enroll are. E.g. find where the cloud providers for Azure and vSphere live, what's the SIG(s) that run it, how they're organized and the process for new contributors.
