User Story:
As an OpenShift Engineer I want to track the backport ~~OCPBUGS-54700~~ to 4.15, so we can monitor if affected jobs have been resolved.

Currently (that we know) the following jobs/scenarios are affected by ~~OCPBUGS-54700~~:

periodics e2e workflow: aws BYO VPC edge zones (installer): https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/test-platform-results/logs/periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.15-e2e-aws-ovn-shared-vpc-edge-zones
