This user story focuses on establishing periodic and presubmit jobs to ensure OpenShift installer and Machine API components can successfully install and scale – with a key prerequisite being the configuration of a dedicated AWS host for use by the jobs.

{}ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:{}

• Presubmit jobs are to be created: one for the OpenShift installer component repository and one for the Machine API component repository. Jobs should be optional and do not run by default.
• A periodic should be configured to installs and run e2e nightly.
