Provide an alternate CI environment to VMC

Why is this important?

The IBM Cloud provides a robust vCenter environment. This environment provides the ability to fully administer and tune the configuration and architecture of deployed clusters.  

Scenarios

1. Periodics and PRs use the IBM Cloud vCenter cluster to execute e2e testing

Acceptance Criteria

• CI jobs must be capable of being scheduled on the vCenter cluster in the IBM Cloud
• Cluster must use LDAP authentication
