As a openshift engineer I want to test IBM's vSphere offering to determine if its appropriate for developers to use so they have an env. that supports configurations like customers are running.

Acceptance Criteria:
Confirm the following:

• Will we have administrator access to vCenter? If not what maximum privileges can a user have?
• Is multiple LUNs or NFS volumes available?
• vCenter Organization available?
• API to spin up and down vSphere environments?
• Create virtual switches and port groups
• SSH access to ESXi hosts
• Will we have the ability to provision/manage NSX-T
