Epic Goal

• Research what is required to support deploying OpenShift nodes (control and compute) on existing/pre-allocated AWS EC2 Dedicated Hosts[1]
  • What is the existing limitation?
    Customers can not assign dedicated hosts to machines on cluster creation.

• • Does CAPA provides support setting parameters do specify the dedicated node?
    Not yet, work in progress.

• • Does MAPI support Dedicated nodes?
    No

• • What is the fields on installer that is required when deploying in this method?
    TBD

• • Is there any other limitation?
    None
