As an OpenShift engineer, I want to support the Alibaba Cloud team and provide feedback for the Alibaba installation document so that they can get early feedback on document corrections or comments.

The support team has created a document to follow that allows us to install an OpenShift cluster on Alibaba.  It can be found here:

it has been translated into English.

The SPLAT team member will support this effort by walking through the document and providing feedback on the steps.

Of course there's no need to provide every single detail of the proposed architecture in the design document (most of it is unknown at such an early stage), but as much as possible the enhancements template should be filled and the following items should be detailed:
