Customer Goal:

• As a OCP admin, I would like to install OCP cluster into single-zone in existing VPC with many subnets/zones previously created, so I can make sure all the components will be deployed into the zone selected in install time.

Problem:

• Customer is having issues with Ingress load balancer which is created in multi-az, even the single-zone is selected in install-config. This could be an issue of the cloud-provider implementation.
