Describe the issue:
The installation document is missing a section that contemplates which TAG has to be added to the AWS subnets in order to allow the IngressController to select the appropriate subnet role.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add a section that explains the two different TAGs needed and where to be added:
"kubernetes.io/role/elb"
"kubernetes.io/role/internal-elb"
