UPI Installation Support for IPv6 Single and Dual-stack

Goal: Support the UPI installation of an OpenShift cluster on bare metal with either IPv6 single stack or IPv4/IPv6 dual stack through documentation.

Problem: OpenShift supports IPI installations with IPv6 dual stack on bare metal deployments since version 4.8, but many customers – in particular telco customers – require support for UPI installation of IPv6.

Documentation needs to reflect this support after CI is created and it is QE'd. For example, there is only a sample DNS zone database for IPv4 single stack in the product documentation, but there should also be a sample added for IPv6 single stack installations.
