1. Proposed title of this feature request

For the Telco users who need ipv6 single stack on bare metal cluster, we should provide a way that install a cluster with ipv6 single stack or ipv4/ipv6 dual stack using UPI method through the documentation.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

From OCP 4.8, since ipv6 single stack and ipv4/ipv6 dual-stack now can be officially supported when installing the cluster on bare metal, we need to provide a way to install the ipv6 single stack cluster with UPI method for those who need OCP cluster with IPv6 single stack like telco users.
For example, there is only sample DNS zone database for IPv4 single stack in the documentation, we should add a sample for ipv6 single stack installation.

Some telco customers need a official guidance for UPI installation with ipv6 single stack
