The jobs run in the releasestream are used to know if a specific upgrade path is viable and
will be used to update the upgrade graphs.

here is an example for 7.2

the jobs are using openshift-sdn and we either need to add a 2nd job that will use OVN, or replace the job
with one that uses OVN. this may only apply for releases 4.8+
