1. Proposed title of this feature request
[RFE] Ability to Automate and Schedule Content View(s) Update/Publish/Promote capability.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

With this request, anyone using satellite can automate and schedule Content view publish promote and update in a similar fashion as schedule jobs are done.

This should be achieved either by recurring logics or else it should be by using Ansible jobs.
Foreman ansible modules are able to publish/promote/update content views hence they can be used here.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

This approach helps to schedule tasks and does not need anyone to manually execute these tasks.

4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

From Satellite UI --> Content --> Content Views,

• Open a Content View page.
• Select the Content View(s)
• From the select action dropdown click on “Schedule Publish/Promote/Update"
• It should create an async bulk task and display the task ID to the user.

This will provide a much better product experience than that of any other available options.

• Build a Satellite.
• Create a CV.
• Schedule the CV/CCV

Suggested in Satellite 6.10.1 or beyond since we have the ability to automate such tasks using "Foreman Ansible Modules"
