Description of problem:

The squid cache is hardcoded to use up to 10GB of disk space. However, some users may want to set this to a lower number if they do not have a large volume for /var/spool/squid.

This may need to be exposed as a setting in the pulp puppet module so custom-hiera.yaml can override it.
