Console/WebUI notification when Puppet has finished its first run.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When Puppet runs after a system is provisioned, we would like a visual notification on the console screen and/or the web UI instead of guessing when it is complete.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Eliminating 'guess time' when Puppet is finished configuring a provisioned system.

4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

A message on the console screen and/or WebUI.

5. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

Provision a system and see the notification.
