Description of problem:
Update the installer to include the performance tuning settings as specified in the Tuning guide https://access.redhat.com/articles/1380493.

Apache Keepalive settings from installer:

The Sat6 Tuning guide recommends:

TuneMaxKeepAliveRequests=0
TuneKeepAliveTimeout=5

Global Passenger settings from installer:
none

The Sat6 Tuning guide recommends:
