[RFE] Configure Satellite for smart card (Common Access Card or CAC) authentication using RHEL FreeIPA

User Experience & Workflow

The goal is to have Satellite authenticate users based on the client certificate presented by their browser, which is mapped to their user account in FreeIPA/Satellite, based on standard Apache mod_ssl and satellite-installer configurations for external authentication
