Problem Statement

The Satellite Ansible collection doesn't have functionality to assign a Content View to all hosts within a Host Collection, and the customer wants to add `PUT /api/hosts/bulk/environment_content_view API endpoint` to `ansible-collection-redhat-satellite`.

User Experience & Workflow

Customer wants to have a role specifically to assign the Content View to hosts in Hots Collection. Currently, this is not possible in the Satellite.
