Description of problem:

Attaching/detaching the bootdisk can fail on some compute resources, most notably VMware.

Always 

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a host using the VMware compute resource with bootdisk
2. Make sure it's built
3. Put host back in build mode

Actual behavior:

Build fails

Expected behavior:

Either it works or I'm not allowed to perform the action in the first place.

Business Impact / Additional info:

This was originally reported upstream in https://community.theforeman.org/t/rfc-disable-build-button-if-host-is-on-and-provision-method-is-bootdisk/45720 and the fix was already merged upstream. This issue is primarily to track the change and create a release note.
