Caching issue with recommendations on All hosts page in iop enabled satellite 6.19

Steps to reproduce

All hosts -> Manage columns -> select recommendations as a column and save

Now All hosts page shows the number of recommendations for each host.

Click on the number of recommendation for host A -> Click all hosts again -> Click the number of recommendation for host B

It shows the recommendations for host A instead of host B

Same happens for CVEs as well

>> For cu with large number of hosts, this can be confusing and may degrade user experience.

Refreshing the page after clicking the number for any host shows the correct recommendations
