Description of problem:

New Host Details UI in Satellite settings is not being disabled as expected.

Yes

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Satellite > Administer > Setting > General > New Host Details UI : NO

2. Hosts > All Hosts > Select Any hosts > Details : Loads new UI

3. Satellite will load the new UI for host details

Actual behavior:
New Host Details UI : NO --> Satellite load the new UI for host details

Expected behavior:
New Host Details UI : NO --> Satellite will load the old UI for host details

Business Impact / Additional info:

In previous version, Content Hosts shows expected behaviour but In 6.19 Content Host is missing and hence if the setting is specific for Content host then it makes no use to enable or disable for host details. **
