Goal

EL10 has stopped shipping genisoimage but xorriso has xorrisofs as a drop-in replacement. fog-libvirt should be converted and packaging updated to reflect this.

Today foreman-libvirt pulls in genisoimage (https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-packaging/blob/e5a1121618c1251d045561b70adb5ee505d01218/packages/foreman/foreman/foreman.spec#L158) but this is really something that fog-libvirt should pull in.

Acceptance criteria

• genisoimage is no longer used
• The RPM package rubygem-fog-libvirt pulls in xorriso as dependency
• The RPM package foreman-libvirt no longer pulls in genisoimage but the updated fog-libvirt
