When running a remediation playbook from the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console, the job consistently fails with the following error:

RuntimeError: Failed rendering template: error during rendering: 503 Service Unavailable

This issue occurs every time a remediation is triggered from the Hybrid Cloud Console.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Hybrid Cloud Console.

1. Navigate to Automation Tool Kit --> Remediation Plans.

1. Execute a remediation playbook targeting systems managed by Satellite 6.19.

1. Observe job execution failure.

Expected Result:
The remediation playbook should execute successfully on the targeted systems.

Actual Result:
The remediation job fails with:

RuntimeError: Failed rendering template: error during rendering: 503 Service Unavailable
