Description of problem:

Add pop up message after action performed on Expired Logs

How reproducible:

Go to Satellite WebUI > Infrastructure > Capsules > Select Capsule > Actions > click on 

Expired Logs.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Yes

Actual behavior:
There is no pop up message after performed action on Expired Logs.

Expected behavior:
There should be pop up message displays for user friendly experience.
