Description of problem:

Satellite webui All Hosts page "manage column" shows insights randomly

How reproducible:

Not every time randomly

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable IOP light speed on the  satellite

2. satellite webui -> Hosts -> All hosts ->  check "manage column" if it shows Red Hat Lightspeed

3. Refresh the page and again check the "manage column"

Actual behavior:
show randomly "insights" instead of "Red Hat Lightspeed"

Expected behavior:
Only Red Hat Lightspeed should be shown
