Performing the Inventory Upload Connectivity test shows "RedHat 400 Bad Request"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. on satellite webui import the manifest and ensure it is successfully completed

2.  Satellite webui -> Administrator -> Inventory Upload -> top right cornor 3 dot -> Connectivity test

Actual behavior:

Perform a connectivity test shows "RedHat 400 Bad Request"

Expected behavior:
The message should be meaningful
