Description of problem:

• Save Environment button for Rolling content-view remains highlighted even after completing task and no other environment available to select.
• It doesn't make clear whether it's submitted or not after submitting.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Rolling Content View.
2. Add created LCE example: Library and Test => click on "Save Environments"
3. It shows saving and monitor the task in another page.
4. After completing task, "Save Environment" button still remains active/highlighted even when there is no other LCE is available to select and save.

Actual behavior:

• "Save Environment" button still remains active/highlighted with selection like it was never submitted.

Expected behavior:

• "Save Environment" button should grayed out if no new LCE is selected for the change.
