Description of problem:

• While trying to delete the manifest observed following warning:

Immediate task timed out after 5 seconds.

How reproducible:

100% checked on two different satellites 6.19.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

NA

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create new Satellite 6.19
• Delete the new imported manifest.

Actual behavior:
The Delete manifest task completed with a warning message:

Immediate task timed out after 5 seconds.

From the task observed following error:

Expected behavior:

With a fresh installation, first time Manifest delete task should complete successfully without warning.
