Description of problem:
- After updating Red Hat Satellite from version 6.18.1 to 6.18.3, observing following error:

Failed to create a compute VCENTER_NAME (VMware) instance NAME_OF_NEW_SERVER: InvalidArgument: A specified parameter was not correct

- Templates used: default templates of CloudInit default and UserData open-vm-tools
- Reverting snapshot back to 6.18.1 helped to resolve issue.
How reproducible:
- At customer end always
Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade to 6.18.3
2. Use default templates CloudInit default and UserData open-vm-tools
Actual behavior:
- Unable to provision and failing with error:
