Satellite now supports Webhook Templates, and corresponding test coverage is required in Robottelo to validate functionality and ensure regression safety.

This task involves creating a new test module `test_webhooktemplates.py` in Robottelo and implementing test scenarios similar to existing template-based test coverage 

The goal is to validate creation, update, deletion, association, and execution behavior of webhook templates.
