Goal

In PersonalAccessTokens there are several PF3 components. At git commit e27225ac06c692291d36387377e39945dcc862cc I there's

This does not have a documentation impact since it's only an internal refactor.

Acceptance criteria

• All PF3-based components in PersonalAccessTokens are replaced with PF5 ones
• Automation is updated where applicable

Open questions

• Are these the Alert and Button the only items?
• Is there any automation to update?
