Description of problem:

When Toggling between "Minimal data collection" and "Analytics data collection" using the UI on the inventory upload page. Obfuscation toggles get set to true by default. It would make more sense to either set these values back to the original state, or set them to false when we toggle back to "Analytics data collection".

When toggling this setting via the API/settings tab, the values get set back to their original states.

How reproducible: 100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version: ?

Steps to Reproduce:

1.register a host with subscriptions attached

2.Navigate to inventory upload

3.notice the values of the data_collection toggle

4.toggle the values via the back-end settings and see the change, toggle back and see the change

5.now toggle the settings via the ui on the inventory upload page

6.notice how the values get defaulted to TRUE after we toggle back to analytics data collection

Actual behavior:
Toggling FROM minimal data collection TO analytics data collection sets all obfuscation values to True by default

Expected behavior:
when toggling back to analytics data collection, values should either be set back to their original values, or set to False.
