Description of problem:
Satellite ships a package that contains SSG files for various versions of RHEL, yet our documentation still describes using the package from RHEL itself, which contains only SSG for that particular RHEL version. 

Actual behavior:
https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.18/html/managing_security_compliance/configuring_scap_contents_security-compliance#getting-supported-scap-contents-for-rhel_security-compliance talks about getting the SSGs from somewhere and loading them to Satellite, which is valid but unnecessary.

Expected behavior:
It should say that the default contents already contains SSGs for all currently supported versions of RHEL
