Goal

rc-input-number as a library seems to be still maintained, but it would be better to get rid of one more dependency given that PF5 already has similar capabilities: https://v5-archive.patternfly.org/components/number-input/html

There should be no documentation impact since it's an internal refactor.

Acceptance criteria

• Any uses of rc-input-number in are removed
• The dependency is dropped from package.json
• It's cleaned up in foreman-packaging
• Any test automated is updated where applicable

Open questions

• Is it used in any plugin?
