Goal

In webpack/assets/javascripts/react_app/components/common/table there's a PF3-based table implementation. This should be replaced by PF5.

In the deprecation we can refer to TableIndexPage as a preferred replacement, if applicable. Otherwise there's PF5's Table component.

Acceptance criteria

• Implement a deprecation of the old PF3-based table
• Jira tasks are created for any user of this implementation for plugins shipped in Satellite
