Unable to remove container image tags from the satellite web ui or host CLI remotely

User Experience & Workflow

The customer is using the command below from the content host and errors:

[host]# skopeo delete docker://satellite.redhat.com/default_organization/library/container_insight_test/container_insight/satellite_iop-insights-engine-rhel9:6.18
 FATA[0000] deleting ip-10-0-168-54.rhos-01.prod.psi.rdu2.redhat.com/default_organization/library/container_insight_test/container_insight/satellite_iop-insights-engine-rhel9:6.18: StatusCode: 404

There is no option to remove the individual tags in the web ui either. Currently, the choices are either remove the whole product or use the content view filter to include/exclude the tags.
