Description of problem:
After defining a Kubevirt (OCP-V) compute resource, we can see the list of VMs from there, but the power status field isn't populated.

Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Define a new compute resource with type Kubevirt/OCP-V
2. Go to the "Virtual machines" tab under Infrastructure -> Compute Resources -> $CR
3. Observe the fields in the table

Actual behavior:

The the power is always set to "Off".

Expected behavior:
Power shows the actual power status.
