The collection should support the Incremental Content View update workflow.

Satellite allows users to add selected errata to an existing Content View version. For example, a Content View at version 1.0 becomes version 1.1 after the errata is applied.

This is a common approach for remediating zero-day vulnerabilities and applying hotfixes.

While this can be achieved using the hammer API [0], doing so via Ansible makes the play non-idempotent.
