At least one link in Satelite -> Red Hat Lightspeed -> Inventory Upload is hardcoded and does not lead to single-page or even RHOKP url from settings.

I expect all links on that page to point to single-page of Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal (RHOKP) 

This will require two changes:

• Change rh_cloud to route the url through our links controller
• Adjust branding plugin

Open questions:

• Q: Do we need to worry about non-satellite deployments of foreman with rh_cloud without f-theme-satellite?
  A: Yes
