Description of problem:

We are sending off the subscription_manager_id as the satellite_id which makes it hard for the HBI team to see how many satellites are uploading data compared to clients.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a few hosts registered to your Satellite

2. Generate a report in inventory_upload

3. Look at the report and you will see satellite_id is the same id as subscription_manager_id

Actual behavior:
satellite_id is the same id as subscription_manager_id

Expected behavior:
satellite_id should be the instance_id of the Satellite server
