Description of problem:

The info in the documentation to Leapp Upgrade a RHEL8/satellite 6.16 to RHEL9
is not so clear.

Prerequisites

• If you are upgrading Capsule Servers, enable and synchronize the following repositories to Satellite Server, and add them to the lifecycle environment and content view that is attached to your Capsule Server:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - BaseOS (RPMs):

rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms for the major version: x86_64 9.
rhel-9-for-x86_64-baseos-rpms for the latest supported minor version: x86_64 9.Y, where Y represents the minor version. For information about the latest supported minor version for in-place upgrades, see Supported upgrade paths in Upgrading from RHEL 8 to RHEL 9.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - AppStream (RPMs):

rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms for the major version: x86_64 9.
rhel-9-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms for the latest supported minor version: x86_64 9.Y, where Y represents the minor version. For information about the latest supported minor versions for in-place upgrades, see Supported upgrade paths in Upgrading from RHEL 8 to RHEL 9.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Follow the documentation link to leapp upgrade Capsule 6.16 on RHEL8
to RHEL9

2. For the RHEL9 repositories that is needed to be enabled, sync then added to the Capsule's Content View

Actual behavior:
Oftentimes the customer hit the issue describe in KBase article, https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5118641

Expected behavior:

I suggest to add a NOTE after the RHEL9 repos as I indicated in the section

NOTE: The minor RHEL9.Y repositories MUST be added WITH the major RHEL9 in the Capsule's Content View if RHEL9.Y is the target version. Example:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - BaseOS (RPMs) x86_64 9
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - AppStream (RPMs) x86_64 9
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - BaseOS (RPMs) x86_64 9.7
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - AppStream (RPMs) x86_64 9.7

 A lot of cases are open requesting Support Assistance which should have been avoided if the documentation is clear.
